NVC Plus

2022 Review of this site due...

This site is now being renamed NVC-Plus and will shortly be focusing on work that people are doing to supplement NVC approaches in ways that work for them.

A page about creating an 'NVC Plus' forum is http://yourneedsequaltomine.wordpress.com/nonviolent-communication-plus/

This website is not the official site www.nvc-uk.info

This website is an Open Space where you can edit the content.

We also value (and occasionally organise) Open Space meetings

When we get together (and even when we don't) we link to ask : "what support do you want for the things you care about?"

Assistance with this website is being provided by Paul Crosland: email one of us with text or files to add on this site, or learn how to put it on the site directly; it's easier than you might think.

It would probably be helpful to create a clear distinction betwen what is an evolving of NVC and what is an 'NVC plus' activity; or to ask whether such a distinction is false.

This question arises out of a discussion about Dominic Barter's work; which I (PC) see as 'NVC plus' (and wouldn't have evolved without awareness of Restorative Justice) and which my interlocutor saw as very close to the original NVC and grown out of it. He pointed out to me that there is a Google Group 'NVC evolves':
